Alexis Ruslander

Alexis is originally from Mechanicsville, Maryland, and now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. She earned her degree from Salisbury University, where she double majored in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution and Marketing, with a minor in Social Justice Studies. In addition to her academic achievements, she enjoyed leading her teammates as captain of the Poms Dance Team, showcasing her leadership skills and passion for teamwork.

Alexis began her legal career at Elon University School of Law, where she served as an Academic Fellow and represented her peers as a North Carolina Bar Association Student Representative. Her lifelong passion for family law reflects her commitment to helping others, grounded in her belief in the vital role that family support plays in our lives. As the oldest of three siblings, she deeply understands the significance of this support.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her mini-bernedoodle, dancing, golfing, and visiting Disney.
