About

Liz Whitaker, a graduate of USC-Lancaster with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, hails from Lancaster, South Carolina. Her journey in the legal realm began in 1998 as a courthouse runner and receptionist. Subsequently, she relocated to Maryland, where she joined a prominent law firm, initially serving as a receptionist and later advancing to the role of legal secretary for the Managing Partner. In 2016, Liz returned to South Carolina, where she continued to contribute her extensive legal expertise.

With over 15 years of experience in the field, Liz approaches her work with a profound sense of compassion, particularly in assisting clients navigating the complexities of divorce and custody matters.

Outside of work, Liz finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She cherishes moments of relaxation and adventure, whether it's traveling to the mountains or caring for her beloved cats and dogs.
