Stefany Garrick

Stefany is a New England native who was born and raised in Connecticut. In 2023, Stefany relocated to Greenville, South Carolina, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and stepson. She continues to serve part-time as a Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard.

She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut before graduating cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law. After law school, Stefany practiced criminal and juvenile law in Connecticut before commissioning as a Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard. She later served full-time as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the Rhode Island Army National Guard, advising commanders and their staff on a wide range of legal matters. In 2021, she became airborne qualified and earned her Army Parachutist Badge.

Stefany's commitment to service extends beyond her military career. Between college and law school, she served with AmeriCorps at Habitat for Humanity and has volunteered with nonprofit organizations throughout her career. Her passion for helping others led her to family law, where she is dedicated to guiding clients through challenging transitions with compassion and practical legal counsel.

As both a mother and a stepmother, Stefany understands the unique dynamics of blended families and the challenges many families face when navigating the legal system. She is committed to helping clients protect what matters most.

Outside of work, Stefany enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and their dog, Scout. Whether hiking in Western North Carolina or relaxing at lakes throughout the Upstate, she values every opportunity to be outside with her loved ones.
