Emilia Proano Stevens

Emilia is originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and now calls Charlotte home. She attended school in Arizona, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service through client-facing roles that sharpened her communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Having worked with people since the age of 16, Emilia is passionate about creating positive experiences and helping others feel supported.

Family has always been at the center of Emilia's life. As the oldest of four siblings, she learned early on the importance of showing up for the people you love, offering support through life's challenges, and building a strong foundation for the future. Those values naturally drew her to family law, where she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most significant and emotional transitions with compassion, empathy, and understanding.

Emilia believes that every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout the legal process. She is committed to providing thoughtful support while helping clients move forward with confidence during difficult times.

Outside of the office, Emilia enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Kobi and Kali, making memories with family and friends, playing soccer, staying active, and relaxing with a good book.
