Kristen Stables

Kristen brings more than 20 years of operations management experience to her role, providing leadership, strategic oversight, and organizational excellence that support both the firm and the families it serves. Originally from Summerville, South Carolina, Kristen now resides in Matthews, North Carolina. 

She earned her degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, developing the foundation for a successful career in business operations and administration. Kristen chose to work in family law because she is passionate about supporting those who help families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. She believes that strong operational leadership allows attorneys and staff to focus on providing exceptional service and guidance to clients during important moments in their lives. Family is at the center of Kristen’s values. She believes family consists of the people God has placed in our lives to love, support, and nurture. This perspective shapes both her professional and personal approach to serving others.

Outside of work, Kristen is actively involved in her church community, where she volunteers in various ministries and serves as a youth leader. She also enjoys supporting her husband in his pastoral ministry, spending time with her family, attending sporting events, and relaxing at the beach.
