About
Anna Giles is a dedicated family law attorney at Blood Law’s newest Charleston office. A Charleston native, Anna has deep roots in the local community and is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging legal matters with clarity and compassion.
Since earning her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Anna has practiced in a range of legal areas, including family law, personal injury, probate, estate planning, and immigration. Her experience spans from intake to resolution—drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements, as well as advocating for her clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Before joining Blood Law, Anna served as an Associate Attorney at several respected South Carolina law firms, managing large and diverse caseloads with a strong focus on client advocacy. She also brings a unique background in real estate law and has held key roles in firm operations, including human resources and systems optimization.
Fluent in Spanish, Anna is committed to providing inclusive legal services to a broad range of clients, including underserved Spanish-speaking communities. She is known for her approachable style, strong work ethic, and client-first mindset.
When she’s not practicing law, Anna enjoys spending time with her daughter, who runs a popular YouTube channel. She is also actively involved in her community and embraces opportunities to educate the public on family law and estate planning.
