Kathy Ridyard

Originally from Melbourne, Florida, Kathy now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. A proud alumna of the University of South Florida, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and went on to complete two master’s degrees, including a Master of Business Administration. While at USF, Kathy was actively involved in the university’s athletic department and served as the captain of her club volleyball team.

Kathy’s professional journey began with a strong foundation in teamwork and event coordination through her experience planning and executing Division I sporting events. It was during her time with USF Athletics that she formally transitioned into the field of Human Resources. Following several impactful years at her alma mater, she advanced her career as an Organizational Development and Training Specialist, gaining valuable expertise in onboarding, training facilitation, and performance management.

Now serving as the head of Human Resources at Blood Law, Kathy oversees all HR operations with a focus on fostering team member development and engagement. Her mission is to empower individuals to achieve excellence and find fulfillment in their professional lives. Quality time with family is a huge importance of Kathy's life. She loves to plan fun trips to get her family together as they live all over the country.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys playing volleyball, supporting her favorite sports teams, and exploring local coffee shops. A travel enthusiast, she especially loves visiting friends and family across the country.
