Mandi Macomber

Mandi has always called the Lancaster, South Carolina area home, along with most of her family. She has worked in Human Resources for nearly 10 years and has a diverse background, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our firm. Currently, Mandi is enrolled at  Charleston Southern University, where she will soon earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management in May of 2025. Throughout her educational journey, Mandi has been recognized with honors for her excellent academic performance. She is also currently serving as the Director of Emerging Human Resources Professionals for South Carolina's Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) State Council.

While Human Resources has many functions that support the firm, Mandi feels employees are the greatest asset of any organization, and she enjoys being a supportive liaison for those assets and helping others to thrive. Her aim is to ensure that a positive culture is maintained throughout all levels of the firm along with strategically supporting the firms’ objectives and core values. Mandi believes that healthy interpersonal relationships have a significant impact on our lives, not only in the workplace, but at home as well. 

Outside of work, Mandi and her significant other, Tony, enjoy spending quality time with their three children, Madison, Jacob, and Whitley.
