Jen Fatone

Jen is originally from Statesville, NC, and currently resides in Indian Land, SC. She graduated from UNC Charlotte and finished with a Bachelor’s in I/O Psychology and minored in Criminal Justice. Her HR experience began with executive recruiting for healthcare and hospital systems and evolved into HR management and director-level roles in smaller ambulatory practices. Training and professional development are very important to her, and she believes this sets employees up with a solid foundation for success.

Being a client of a family law firm in the past, it struck Jen how patient and understanding the attorneys were during such a sensitive and difficult time. As someone who strives to make a positive impact on those around her every day, she chose to pursue a role in family law due to the way they help those going through some of the hardest times of their lives.

In her free time, Jen enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling; she has been to 49 out of 50 states and will be checking off #50 (Alaska) later this year.
